Countess LuAnn engagementThe Real Housewives of New York City star, model, author, singer and self professed hopeless romantic, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps is to be Wed on New Year’s eve this year.

The date not only marks the New Year’s celebration and her wedding day, but also her fiancé’s fiftieth birthday!

A way to start the New Year with a bang, for sure!

Countess LuAnn told E during a recent interview that the engagement would be played out on the show, but was not specific with her answers when asked if the proposal would be aired on the show.

And who is the lucky guy, you ask?

It is Thomas D’Agostino Jr, who as per his Linkedin page is the CEO of Smart Source, LLC, based in New York City.

Countess LuAnn who was married to Count Alexandre de Lesseps for 16 years and raised two wonderful children, divorced back in 2009.

The RHONY star said that she never thought that she would find love again and is thrilled to not only be in love but also engaged to be married.

The countess has her venue already reserved and is currently working on her invitations and other wedding details. However, she has not said Yes to THE Dress as of yet!
